Allison Muszynski

Allison teaches with calm intention, creating space for both movement and stillness. With advanced training in multiple yoga styles, she focuses on helping students reconnect to their breath and body through mindful, compassionate practice. Her classes blend grounding energy with gentle strength, a place to slow down, reset, and feel renewed.

Sarah McNeilly

Sarah’s classes invite you to move slowly and with purpose. She guides students through longer-held postures that build awareness, strength, and calm. Her teaching style is approachable and encouraging, creating a space where everyone can relax, breathe deeply, and find balance at their own pace.

MIchele Portelli

Michele brings warmth and authenticity to every class she leads. With a background in nursing and a deep belief in yoga’s power to heal, she helps students explore their strength, courage, and capacity for renewal. Her teaching style is supportive and empowering; she always encourages students to make the practice their own.
